There are signs that you could have plantar fasciitis

by admin

Many people with chronic foot pain don’t know the cause. Many people with heel pain don’t realize that it is caused by a condition known as plantar fasciitis. Consider plantar fasciitis if you are experiencing foot pain.

Understanding Plantar Fasciitis It is not uncommon for people to have this condition. It is the swollen tissue that connects the heel bones and toes of the feet which causes the most pain. As soon as you begin walking, the pain can be described as stabbing. There are some symptoms that can be described to a doctor by someone who is suffering from plantar faciitis.

Signs that you might have plantar fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is a painful condition that can have many symptoms. You may feel a stabbing sensation on the bottom of your foot, near the heel. The stabbing pain is often triggered by certain actions, but it hurts the most when you first get up from bed. The pain may be felt after standing or sitting for too long. Here are some other symptoms you might experience if you suspect you have plantar fasciitis:

  • Swollen heels
  • Consistent pain
  • Pain after a workout
  • You may experience pain in your arch.
  • Achilles tendon tightness

Can plantar fasciitis lead to pain in other areas of the body?
This condition can affect other parts of the body. You may or may feel pain in your calf when you have plantar fasciitis. It is possible that you could also feel pain in your calves, but it’s not likely.

It is more likely to feel back pain. Plantar fasciitis can cause back pain. People who have this condition may put pressure on their feet to avoid the pain. You may experience back pain if you try to avoid the pain by constantly changing positions and postures.

Plantar fasciitis occurs more often than you think. It is treatable, even though it may be annoying. If you suspect you have plantar faciitis, you should consult your doctor to begin the right treatment.
